Amazing company, amazing emergency service, and an incredibly thoughtful and skilled technician. I want to say thank you to Milly (after hours) who made sure I was taken care of and sent the absolute best technician I've ever had on my AC, and his name is Anthony. He was so thoughtful, confident, and nice and apparently works on other clients in my neighborhood as well. I was in an emergency situation with 80° temps outside and a dog with a failing heart inside who can't tolerate the heat… My three-year-old AC stopped turning at the fan. They were here when six or seven other companies couldn't get here for days. Don't bother calling everybody else; if you want it done right, call Air Masters of Tampa Bay. They have earned my future business. I want to take away a star because it was so pricey, but I honestly CANNOT because the service was so good, and a thoughtful accommodation in an emergency at night is really not a thing around Tampa anymore.
